Ingredients

· 1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

· 1 TBSP Avocado Oil

· 1 TSP Lemon Pepper Seasoning

· 2 Cups Chopped Asparagus

· 2 lemons, sliced

Directions


1. Pound out the chicken breasts until they are ¾ inch thick or cut them in half horizontally if they are really thick. Season breasts with salt and pepper if desired.


2. Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add in the chicken and cook on each side for 5 minutes. Sprinkle each side with lemon pepper as you are cooking. When the chicken is golden brown and cooked all the way through, transfer it to a plate.


3. In the same pan, cook the asparagus over medium heat until bright green and starting to become tender, about 5 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.


4. Add a little avocado onto the pan and place the sliced lemons in the pan and cook for a few minutes on each side until they being to caramelize. Remove and set aside.


5. Layer the ingredients back in the skillet-asparagus, then chicken, then lemons. Heat for 45 minutes over medium low heat and then serve.

Blackberry Blast SuperFood Shake

Ingredients

· 1 large handful Kale or Spinach

· 1 Cup Blackberries

· 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

· 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon

· 1 1/2 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk

· 2 Tablespoons SuperFood Shake


Directions

1. Blend in a Strong blender until Liquefied

2. Swish first drink in mouth for 20-30 seconds to prepare stomach

Hi all, I just wanted to share my great personal results with Female Plus!


I started it 2 months ago, based on the directions on country doctor website.


I normally have debilitating cramping, light headedness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, all back to back, over a 1-2 hour window right before my period starts. Then follows fatigue and need for a nap for a couple of hours before I can function again. It is a terrible experience every month, since I’ve stopped birth control.


After the first month of taking Female Plus 90% of my symptoms didn’t show up! I only had mild cramping and was a little tired throughout the day. That’s it! Amazing! I also want to include I did take ginger supplements and ibuprofen 2x a day 3 days before my period (ibuprofen has never helped me in the past but I’m starting to feel really desperate so I wanted to do as much as I could)


The second month, I was a terrible "patient" and not compliant with taking it 3 times a day. I only was taking Female Plus 2 times a day. My period came 4 days early this month along with severe cramping and light headedness only for 30 minutes followed by the need for an hour nap. I had 3 BMs throughout that day but no diarrhea or vomiting! So, I still had great improvements this month but wished I was more diligent this month! Ha


Also, both months I didn’t breakout at all with acne and no bloating before or during my period!


I know my body is changing. I can feel it and am excited to see what month 3 brings with me being a more compliant client 😉
