Elderberry Syrup

  • 1/2 cup elderberries

  • 2 cup water

  • 1 teaspoon ginger

  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon

  • 1/2-3/4 cup honey


  1. Combine Elderberries, water, ginger, cinnamon. 

  2. Boil for 25-30 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. 

  4. Drain Elderberries out of mixture.

  5. Mix with honey while warm and whisk together. 

  6. Store in fridge for 3 months. Enjoy!
