FORMULA CAPSULE:
Dong Quai, Cramp bark, Black Cohosh root, Squawvine herb, Yellow Dock root, Ginger root, Licorice root, Blessed Thistle herb, Hops flower, Uva Ursi leaf, Juniper berry and Maca root.
THERAPEUTIC ACTION:
HP FEMALE BALANCE supports woman the same way as the HP FEMALE as far as promoting normal hormone activity, but it also contains herbal calming agents to relax women during periods of heightened sensitivity. USAGE CAPSULE:
Two capsules daily. Capsule amount can be increased to 2 capsules three times a day if concerns persist. (Use may be increased as recommended by a health care professional.)
CAPSULE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR P.M.S.:
Track the menstrual cycle. Day one is the first day bleeding starts. On day 18, which is usually after ovulation if it is an average 28 day cycle, take two capsules. On day 19, take two capsules each morning and evening. On day 20 through the first day of your period take two capsules 3 times a day. When hormones are performing normally, which should happen within 60 to 90 days of HP FEMALE BALANCE use, there should not be an experience of any P.M.S. concerns.
