Betaine HCL 150mg, fenugreek seed 100mg, ox bile salts 75mg, acid stable protease 500 sapu/g 50mg, papain 13mg, proprietary blend of: choline, inositol, hops, peppermint, chamomile, yarrow. Other Ingredients: Deep mined calcium phosphate, magnesium trisilicate, magnesium stearate, silica and stabilized rice bran. One to two capsules with each meal as a digestive aid. For inflammation, gout, sports injuries or chronic illness, (2) capsules three times daily one hour before food intake.
